What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?

The biggest challenge I faced was in selecting the stock images, and figuring out the specific branding. The recommended logo generator never emailed me the logo.

What worked really well when using our platform?

The theme editor was beautifully simple, I was able to pick it up immediately. The option to use stock images when customizing the themes is great.

What could be improved when using our platform?

An optional step-by-step tutorial to walk merchants through creating their first product to customizing the theme might be helpful.

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

It gave me insight into the difficulties of curating a brand, and really how thoughtful good merchants must be.

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

That Shopify is really easy to use.
